Staff and overall service were great as always! They checked my air filter and offered to change it. I decided to change it myself this weekend instead. When I went to loosen the screws one screw was missing. I don’t know if it was already missing or lost at the time of service. I feel like I should have been informed of the missing screw if this was the case.

I think this is a great place to get my car serviced...but I just can't do it when it takes 2 hours. I sat there yesterday and several people came in after I did and got out first. I would love to continue to come, but It isn't worth the 2 hour plus wait for an oil change.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting room and they provide snacks and drinks for free! The ONLY drawback that happens almost every time I take my vehicles there is they adjust the seat and mirrors. When you get back into your vehicle, you have to find the sweet spot that you have always had with your seat and mirrors. There is no reason to adjust the seat and mirrors when a test drive is not performed for the repair/service. Over all, best dealership experience for service!
