Service was great and fast.

Service tech met me at my car and I told him what I needed. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a ride from the complimentary service to work. They called me when it was ready and the service picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. Charges for the work were as expected. They ordered a rear windshield wiper for me as they did not have one that would fit my 2022 GMC Terrain.

Was told my transmission lines were bad. It was just leaking at a seal on the line too the transmission. Said it was leaking so bad it couldn't be driven. It was only dripping. Don't have it fixed at Fusion!

Everything was smooth. It did take a really long time for an oil change and tire rotation.

The appointment was scheduled & confirmed online, but dealership seemed to be unaware of the appointment. The services scheduled were completed, but it was never clear if they just fitted me in or actually found the previously scheduled appointment.
